Return Shipping

All items must be returned unopened, in their original packaging, with all tags intact, and within 15 days of delivery. Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm its receipt and inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Returns for items found to be used, damaged, not in their original state, or not in a resalable condition will not be processed. The item and its packaging should not be tampered with in any way (e.g., no tearing, bending, untying, or removing any material included in the original packaging) for your return to be processed.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
